No one whispered the truth,
It was their perception that spread,
What I envisaged was simplicity,
It gave a life thus complicated,
Some said it was not real,
Came the truth with no less price,
Salting the wound the way to make me strong,
Tears, pain and life make me long,
What makes the man what he is,
The man himself or those eyes thy beholds,
What I feel right make a person,
Who acts to them righteous,
As a human I fail myself,
Being someone that the worlds want outta me,
I love being hated for the way I am,
Than to be loved for someone else…
